I am MJ!
Hi! My name is Mi’kel Janel, but I go by “MJ”. I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist. I’ve been training for over 4 years now with the focus of weight loss, functional movements, strength training and overall fitness. In my experience as a Personal Trainer, I find the success of my clients lies within the right mix of nutrition intake, motivation, dedication, and discipline.
As your trainer I will be held accountable to make sure you are achieving those goals. We will work together through your journey so that you don’t just look good BUT also feel good. During our sessions you will learn corrective exercise, healthy eating habits, and more to take fitness from a daily routine into a lifestyle.
