If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, Items purchased from MJ fitness are eligible for an exchange, return or store credit within 7 days after delivery. After 7 days all sales are final and not eligible for an exchange, return or store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping.We advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. When returning items for a refund, a $8 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit.

 

All EXCHANGES or RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:

• We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size. We are unable to exchange for for a different color or style. Merchandise MUST not have been worn, washed, damaged or free of any stains(ex.deodorant or makeup). Return or Exchange item(s) MUST be return in the original zipper bag with original manufacturer tags . Items not meeting this condition will NOT be eligible for an exchange or return. 

 

 Items returned may take up to 7 business days to be inspected and processed after receiving. Once an item has been inspected and processed for an exchange or return, you will receive a confirmation email with our decision to approve the exchange or return. 

 

We are unable to refund original shipping charges that was made at the purchase at that time.
